How do I reset my Terrace password?
While logged in:
Go to settings>personal>general. Select βUpdateβ next to your password. Follow the instructions to change your password.
From the login page:
If you have forgotten your password, select βForgot your passwordβ and follow the instructions to reset your password.
To change your legal/corporate entity name associated with your settings, please contact your account executive or support@terrace.fi
To enable two-factor authentication, go to settings>personal>general. Select βEnableβ next to βMulti-Factor Authenticationβ and follow the instructions to download set up your second factor using Google Authenticator or Twilio Authy.
Please note Two-Factor Authentication is required to whitelist a new deposit address or initiate a withdrawal.
To select your preferred quote currency, go to settings>personal>general. Your account will automatically update based on your selection.
How do I change my username and profile picture?
To change your username and profile picture, go to settings>personal>XX and replace your profile picture by removing the existing one. For the username under the same page, use the type bar to write your desired username.
How do I add a new user to my companyβs Terrace account?
If you are the administrator / master account holder for your companyβs account go to Settings > Team > Members and select βInvite Team Membersβ in the middle right of your screen. A pop-up will appear; please enter the email addresses for the team-mates you would like to invite to your account.
If you are not the administrator for your companyβs account, please ask your administrator to follow the above instructions.
Terrace is available globally with the exceptions of:
Russia
Cuba
Iran
North Korea
Syria
The following regions of Ukraine: Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk
How do I deposit funds?
Depositing funds to Terrace is easy! When a user signs up, wallet addresses for all of the supported chains are created automatically. To deposit select "Deposit" in the top right of your account header:
Alternatively, you can import an existing wallet and deposit to that address.
How do I withdraw funds?
Withdrawing funds from Terrace is like any other trading tool. Select "Withdraw Funds" in the drop down.
Then, in the pop-up modal select the asset you want to withdraw, make sure you pick the correct chain and input the destination address. Please note, Multi-Factor Authentication is required to approve withdrawals.
Is Terrace non-custodial?
Yes, Terrace is non-custodial, meaning we do not hold your crypto or have access to your private keys. You maintain full control over your assets at all times. Your keys, your crypto.
How can I export my private keys?
You can export your private keys by going to the Wallets Tab in Settings
Go to https://app.terrace.fi/settings/wallets or select "Account" in the drop down
Select "Export" on the right hand side of the row of the desired wallet and follow the instructions.
How do I import a wallet?
There are three ways to import a wallet into Terrace. Please leave a few minutes for the wallet to be fully imported and positions updated after you complete the import instructions.
Select import wallet in the drop down menu and follow the instructions in the pop up modal.
In the Wallets tab in your Portfolio page click the "Import Wallet" card and follow the instructions in the pop-up modal.
Go to https://app.terrace.fi/settings/wallets or select "Account" in the drop down. In Wallets, click "Import Wallet" on the top right-hand corner of the Wallet table and follow the instructions.
For security purposes, withdrawals can only be made to pre-registered whitelisted addresses. You can add approved withdrawal addresses on the Address Book page of your Account Settings page.
Please note, for Institutional accounts, Administrator approval is required to add a new withdrawal address.

To view the order book for a venue select your preferred venue from the list of available venues. The order book will update on the left hand side of the screen. You can adjust the depth of the book and tick sizes using the drop down menu on the top left of the order book.

TWAP Orders
TWAPs are orders executed over a specified run time (End Time Offset). The total order quantity is broken up into buckets based on the specified interval length. The quantity executed in each bucket is equal to the (total quantity)*(interval length) / (end time offset). Each execution is a market order by default but can be combined with other order types such as limit orders.
TWAPs are available on all trades on Terrace. Select TWAP in the order entry modal and fill out the selected quantity, length of execution, and frequency. Terrace automatically handles execution of all sub-trades.
Pathfinder
Pathfinder is Terraceβs proprietary bridging, synthetic pair, and liquidity sourcing routing engine. Terrace evaluates billions of potential routes to find value-maximizing trade or series of trades for a selected pair-chain<>pair-chain combination.
Pathfinder identifies and executes the best possible routes from anything to anything, as either a market or TWAP order.
To use PathFinder select PathFinder in the header of your Terrace account or visit https://app.terrace.fi/pathfinder.
Enter your desired input token, input token chain, output token, output token chain, and desired amount to trade. Select search to initiate the routing engine.
Gas required for on-chain transactions is charged in the transaction in the currency used for the transaction. You never have to worry about having enough gas in your wallet!
Terrace uses a volume-based fee structure for determining its trading fees. Fees will be taken from all incoming and outgoing transactions, excluding wallet transfers.
Your fees will be determined on a rolling 30-day basis.
Your 30-day volume needs to be consistent in order to retain your fee tier.
Your volume is the sum of your past 30-days of trading activity.
